Group Chief Transformation and Customer Experience Officer

Ong Min Hui serves as the Group Chief Transformation and Customer Experience Officer (GCTXO) of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), effective 1 November 2025. In this role, she oversees the Group’s transformation and customer experience agenda, driving organisational agility, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation across MAG’s business portfolios.​ With over 27 years of experience in project and programme management, business transformation, and operational excellence, Min brings extensive cross-industry expertise spanning aviation, oil and gas, and the public sector. Prior to joining MAG, she was the Head of Operations Excellence and Data Governance at Dialog Group Berhad, and previously held senior leadership roles at the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA).​ Between 2004 and 2008, Min held key roles at Malaysia Airlines and Firefly, where she contributed to the start-up of Firefly and supported Malaysia Airlines’ turnaround programme that delivered significant yield improvements and strengthened operational performance.​ Min holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Language from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
