Eke was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of MAB Engineering Services in June 2022. Prior to this, he was the Head of Airlines Engineering for Malaysia Airlines, a role he held since October 2017. Eke has a proven track record for enhancing efficiency, implementing continuous cost saving initiatives and compliance controls, as well as increasing quality standards at Engineering outfits he has served for the past 30 years. In addition to his capabilities, he has also attended personal professional training which involves leadership programmes, airline operations and business courses. Eke graduated with Master of Business Administration and also holds a Malaysian CAA and CAA UK Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Pan Pacific Aviation Service Ltd, Hong Kong (PAPAS) since May 2018; Technical Committee for the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines since 2019, and Technical Group Committee for the oneworld Alliance’s Engineering & Maintenance Best Practices Group to develop the industry’s best practices and jointly address relevant industry issues.
