Ibrahim was appointed the COO of AeroDarat Services in January 2023. Previously, he was the CEO of MAB Kargo having been appointed in September 2018. He started his career in Malaysia Airlines in 1992 and moved across various business units with over 20 years experience in Cargo Operations, Ground Handling Contracts and Administration, having served as SVP Cargo Operations and SVP Cargo Corporate Services. He was also General Manager of Corporate Safety for Malaysia Airlines from 2015 to 2016. Prior to re-joining the airline in 2018, Ibrahim served as VP of Gateway Services at SATS Limited, Singapore and was posted as Chief Operating Officer of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (a joint venture company of SATS Limited, Singapore), a company specialising in airline ground handling in Indonesia. Ibrahim holds a Degree in Estate Management from Oxford Polytechnic and a Certificate in Accident Investigations from Cranfield University.
