At Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), we are committed to conducting our business with the highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour. Bribery and corruption are serious threats to trust and sustainable growth, and we take a zero-tolerance approach to these practices. Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy and Code of Business Conduct outline clear expectations for our employees, stakeholders, and business partners to comply with all relevant laws and regulations. These policies are designed to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance across all our operations. As part of this commitment, MAG is implementing the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with the ISO 37001. This reflects our dedication to adopting global best practices for managing bribery risks and strengthening our anti-corruption framework. We strictly prohibit all forms of bribery, including facilitation payments and influence peddling. To ensure transparency and ethical practices, we have established robust governance measures and a secured Whistleblowing Policy to encourage reporting of any misconduct. Our leadership team leads by example, ensuring integrity is at the core of MAG’s operations. By embedding these principles in everything we do, we aim to build a corruption-free, trusted, and resilient organization for the benefit of all our stakeholders.

Integrity and Governance Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) is committed to preventing bribery and corruption through the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) at the group level. The ABMS strengthens governance processes, prohibits corrupt activities, and embeds integrity as a key value in our organisation’s culture. Together with ABMS, our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, establishes robust measures to prevent corruption, including bribery and influence trading. These efforts are further strengthened by regular reviews by the Board of Governance & Ethics Committee ensuring compliance with international standards and laws in all countries where MAG operates. This initiative also underscores MAG's commitment to sustainability under the Governance pillar of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, reinforcing our dedication to responsible and ethical practices across the organisation.

Anti-Corruption and Third-Party Relations At MAG, we believe that trust and transparency are the foundations of strong and long-lasting business relationships. We expect our business partners to uphold the same high standards and values that we do, and we expect them to adhere to our Supplier's Code of Conduct and fully support our anti-bribery & corruption compliance initiatives. We value partners who are ethical and who conduct their businesses fairly.

MAG Integrity Hotline The MAG Integrity Hotline provides a secure and confidential channel for reporting unethical behaviour, bribery, corruption, or other misconduct. This policy applies to all employees, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and non-executives, as well as external parties such as agents, vendors, and contractors. MAG is committed to protecting whistleblowers who report concerns in good faith. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and an individual’s identity will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law. Retaliation or victimisation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited. The MAG Integrity Hotline is a dedicated communication channel for reporting potential misconduct or violation of the laws or the company policies. It ensures protection and confidentiality for reporters, offering the option to report anonymously or disclose your information, based on your preference. The MAG Integrity Hotline must not be used to make false accusations or knowingly report untrue information. All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
